Reindeer
In Finnish Lapland it is still possible to observe traditional reindeer herdind and see hudreds of reindeer in their natural habitat. During this excursion participants have a unique chance to follow a local Sami reindeer herder to the fells where his flock of reindeer runs free.

Kilpisjärvi region is one of the last areas in Finland where traditional reindeeer herding is still carried on. During the excursion Sami "joiku" - tradional oral performance of Sami people - is heard, and there will be culinary surprises, too. Participants have lunch in "laavu". Coffee is made on open fire.
